Driving Directions to East Oakland Office

From San Francisco:
Take I-80 E (Oakland) across the Bay Bridge. Merge onto I-880 S (Oakland/San Jose) .Exit at Hegenberger Rd. Turn left onto Hegenberger. Hegenberger becomes 73rd Avenue. Continue on 73rd Avenue. Cross Bancroft, and turn left into the parking lot nearest McDonalds.  Park nearest the Eastmont Town Center entrance to the right of the Oakland Police Substation. Go through the double doors. FERC is the first office on the left.

From Richmond:
Take I-80 W (Hayward/San Jose); merge onto I-580 E. Exit at Edwards Avenue. Drive down Edwards Avenue which becomes 73rd Avenue, cross MacArthur.  Turn right into parking lot (next to McDonalds). Park nearest the Eastmont Town Center entrance nearest the Oakland Police Substation. The FERC office is the first office on the left through the double doors.

From Walnut Creek:
Take CA-24 W to Hwy 13 S. Merge onto I-580 E. and exit at Edwards Avenue. Exit at Edwards Avenue. Drive down Edwards Avenue which becomes 73rd Avenue, cross MacArthur and turn right into parking lot (next to McDonalds). Park nearest the Eastmont Town Center entrance nearest the Oakland Police Substation just past the McDonalds. Go through the double doors. FERC is the first office on the left.

From Dublin/Livermore:
Take I-580 W to Golf Links Avenue exit, toward 98th Avenue. Turn left on Golf Links Road and left on 98th Avenue. Turn right at MacArthur and then turn left onto 73rd Avenue. Turn right into McDonald’s parking lot near MacArthur Boulevard. Park nearest the Eastmont Town Center entrance nearest the Oakland Police Substation. Go through the double doors. FERC is the first office on the left.

From San Jose:
Take I-880 N to Hegenberger Rd./Coliseum Exit. Quick left at Edes Avenue, take 2nd right onto Hegenberger Rd. Continue onto 73rd Avenue. Cross Bancroft and turn left into McDonald’s parking lot before McArthur Boulevard. Park nearest the Eastmont Town Center entrance nearest the Oakland Police Substation. Go through the double doors. FERC is the first office on the left.

AC Transit Lines 40, 50, 57, Transbay Lines NL, NX3 or All-Nighter Lines 805, 840.

BART:
From Richmond: Fremont Line to Coliseum BART; transfer to AC Transit Line 50.

From Dublin:
San Francisco/Millbrae Line to Coliseum BART; transfer to AC Transit Line 50.
